Secure data disposal and equipment recycling.
All computer and electronic equipment has
a finite life-span, so what should you do with your office
PCs once they reach the end of their useful life?
To comply with recent government directives,
you are legally obliged to dispose of electrical and electronic
equipment in an environmentally responsible manner.
We have teamed up with a recycling organisation
to ensure the safe disposal of electronic equipment. Where
possible, equipment and/or its component parts are re-used;
for example working PCs may be donated to charity or to maintenance
companies for use as spare parts.
We can arrange collection of equipment and
will provide an audit trail detailing the safe disposal of
the equipment.
In addition to this, we can also offer certified
secure destruction of your data in order to stop your confidential
information (or your customers') from falling into
the wrong hands. Depending on your business needs, this is
done either with specialist data-wiping software, or by the
irreparable physical destruction of the hard disk(s).
